Rafael Lima, 30, ex-Chapecoense, arrives at the club to be one of the most experienced of the club cast. The player is already consolidating himself as leader of the group, even with little time in the club.
Rafael analyzed that it has as characteristic the leadership. For the 2017 season, the defender plans to join other team leaders such as João Ricardo, Tony and Fernando Leal.
"Wherever I went I always tried to show my point of view and take my lead. Of course always respecting the hierarchy. The coach will always have the final say, but the coach himself needs to have leaders on the pitch, so things can flow in the best way. And here, in America, I'm going to try to make my contribution as some athletes I've already noticed during the training sessions that are leaders, like João Ricardo, Tony and Fernando Leal, who usually talk a lot and put the class up.
